What is the purpose of our request to record your presentation? The Charity operates its “Bitesize” program to enable health professionals and patients alike the opportunity to share in the vast knowledge that the Histiocytosis community hold and as the name suggests that they can view or listen to at any reasonable time that they may have available to them.
“Bitesize” features national and international contributions and promotes the Charity’s goal of knowledge sharing and transfer commitment via video & audio recordings for education to our professional audience and awareness of your ongoing commitment to these disorders and progress for our patients.
We will edit the recording to remove any identifiable information and data whist maintaining the integrity of the content of your presentation. If you feel that you are able to contribute your presentation or talk under this process, please complete the Declaration below.

They themselves, photographers, videographers or technician engaged by the Charity or individual or other persons known to/by them.
Used by or for use via: Zoom, Teams, Kodo or similar internet programs or multimedia, website, telephone or other means of communication.
Purpose of use The video recording/audio recording, photographic images, audio, written content & records will be published for the specific purposes of knowledge transfer or awareness & fund raising either taken or recorded via social media platforms/or session recording such as Zoom, Teams, Kodo or similar internet programs by:
Place of publication Publication on the Charities various websites, social media and or own or supported publications, or in Charity documentation and or publications (e.g. business reports) and in newsletters created by the Charity.
Agreement The Volunteer agrees on behalf of themself and confirms that they have the authority to make this content available.
The Volunteer also agrees to the use of this content free of charge for the above purposes.
